Introduction

This blog is intended as a record of my gym activity and hopefully progress.

Each blog entry corresponding to a piece of equipment.

Equipment used to date is:

1. Exercise Bike
2. Treadmill
3. X-Trainer
4. Rower
5. Vertical Chest
6. Lateral Pulldown

Each gym session lasts an hour.

2 Visits per week.
